SUMMARY
The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for keeping the work area clean and tidy by performing a variety of housekeeping tasks in the internal and external areas of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Wash warehouse floors with Reid-on flash cover (once to twice a day);
• Empty garbage & recycling bins in warehouse;
• Clean cafeteria (tables, floor, kitchen area, etc.);
• Clean bathrooms floors, sink, etc.;
• Maintain atelier and tools organized, clean + order supplies needed;
• Maintain forklift batteries;
• Maintain pallet wrappers;
• Maintain overhead doors;
• Maintain pump trucks;
• Maintain racking;
• Clean outside grounds;
• Maintain plumbing and fixtures;
• Inspect & test sprinkler room fire pump and electrical generator;

• High school Diploma;
• 0-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity;
• Able to read & write English;
• Able to work with minimal supervision;
• Capability to manage several tasks and priorities at once;

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, the Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting in receiving operations on the floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately count stock and label pallets accordingly to inventory tags;
• Ensure that merchandise is being unloaded from trailers as per schedule and following the safety standards;
• Ensure merchandise is being allocated in the proper racking locations;
• Make sure that the merchandise is piled on pallets according to designated orientation as required when receiving floor loads;
• Perform spot checks of items dimensions and weights;
• Bring identified items to quality control for further inspection;
• Print labels and scan items using a scanner gun;
• Compile data and ensure accurate record keeping;
• Monitor floor activities to ensure all staff are being productive;
• Follow and apply company procedures & rules with respect to work safety;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• High school Diploma;
• 3+ years of experience in a distribution environment;
• Practical experience in warehouse operations of similar size (110 000 square feet);
• Bilingual French and English (written & spoken);
• Use of scanner gun;

• Meticulous follow-up on general operation tasks including purchasing and sales
• Maintain and distribute sales samples;

SUMMARY
Responsible for the delivery of Company products to and from destinations. Follow assigned routes, respect the delivery schedule and the company quality standards. Provide customer service by assisting with problem resolution and accepting product returns as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check daily that the load is secure;
• Inspect daily the truck and ensure that it is safe to operate;
• Notify supervisor of any problems with the equipment;
• Pick up, deliver and unload product using lifting device to and from assigned destinations;
• Complete appropriate paperwork; ​
• Maintain log book according to the current regulations;
• Register returns, overage/​shortages and damaged products;
• Obtain customer signatures when required;
• Perform all functions in compliance with regulations and company safety rules;​
• Resolve customer problems as appropriate and inform supervisor of issues that remain outstanding;
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to supervisor;
• Occasionally replace with the 5-ton truck.

• Able to lift up to 60 pounds;
• Must have an appropriate valid driving class (class 1);
• Must be familiar with the Ontario and surrounding areas’;
