I bought the LED Retrofit light kit #CU692. What dimmer switch do I use with this model?

You can use any dimmer that is LED specialized. Please stay away from dimmers that claim they are compatible with every bulb on the market (ie: bulbs that work with incandescent as well as CFL and halogens).
Dimmers usually work off of a “minimum load”, in many cases this load is 60W. What that means is that if you have less than a total of 60W on your LED circuit, the dimmer will cause the lights to malfunction.
 
The LED technology is moving faster than the dimmer technology and as LEDs come out using less and less power dimmers are having more and more trouble keeping up.
 
In conclusion, you need a dimmer that will not require a minimum load. Modern day LEDs can use as little as 1-2 watts per bulb which means it can be very hard to saturate a 60W dimmer.
