CFL not working

Hi, I bought Luminus CFL bulbs ( a pack of 10 x 13w bulbs) from Costco, Fredericton approx. 2 years back. Six of the bulbs are not working now. I noticed that there is 3 years warranty on these bulbs. I just wanted to know whether you can send replacement. I have the packing carton of the same.
