We recently installed 2 offset double bowl model no# QK033. The water flow is very low where it takes 3 times as long as it you used to wash dishes.  I have checked all the lines and there’s good water flow so I then took off the ceramic cartridge and turned the water on and there is good water flow also,  but as soon as I put the faucet back together there is very poor water flow. I have the same problem on both sinks as we purchased one for each of our apartments it is a 2 flat building. Please advise on what needs to be done in order to fix this issue.

In order to resolve your issue, please troubleshoot with the following steps : 
The first thing you must do is to remove the faucet head, then turn on the water and see if the water pressure has improved without having the faucet head on.

If it has not improved, you must remove the check valves.  If you require assistance on how to do so you can reach a customer service representative by phone (number will be listed at the end of this message). If you remove the check valves and you are still experiencing water pressure issues, contact us for a replacement cartridge with you receipt in hand.
