When replacing a burned out B11 chandelier bulb, I noticed that it and all of the other bulbs in the fixture had fallen out of their screw-in base. The adhesive holding them in their sockets had failed. Is this a defect that has been identified in Luminus 40W chandelier lamp bulbs?
