Will one Lutron dimmer DVCL-135P work to control 5 can ceiling lights, Luminus LED model CU692?

When I installed the dimmer, listed on your list of compatible dimmers for your LED replacement kit, it would not turn the lights on. I do not know if the five lights are wired in series, but suspect they are. The original single pole switch will work with your LED lights.
