Purchased a six pack of your BR30 11w 950 Dimmable 5K lights thru Amazon.ca. Happy with product initially but as of today all 6 bulbs have burnt out. Feb 2024 was order date but all bulbs were not even installed until 4 or so months ago.
i believe the description indicated 10,000 hour lifespans. Clearly hey did not even get close to that longevity. These lights are used in a home theatre and are rarely on during movies.
Product absolutely sucks. My original bulbs lasted over a decade. Some of there were mere weeks prior to failure..
I previously sent a note months ago and did not receive any reply or acknowledgment. That you did not reach out to me speaks volumes about your company.
